fitness 4-5
times a week, and I don't see 75% of you there.. CNN.com Health stats show only 22% of Americans
work out 3-4 times a week. and 55% of peolple are unhappy with their
weight.. now if you know anything about exercise, 3-4 times a week should be a minimum for you to see any true difference physically.. We all like to be acknowledged for looking good. but where is the effort?.. 'my man/woman likes me the way I am'. no they don't. there just being polite because they love you.. Exercising isn't just about looking good either, that's just one of the perks.. It's more about trying to spend as much time on earth as you can. and putting your heart to work with running (not just when your late for work) can actually strengthen it.. working out should be a priority for all adults. what else is more important than health? memberships are very affordable these days. about $35-40 per month.. that's roughly $1 and some change a day.. Now I know you take your

hungry ass to McDonald's dollar menu at least 4 times a week. so spend that money on something that is going to build you up, not tear you down.. Don't forget to eat correctly also. working out and not eating right is like choosing regular gas instead of premium. yeah it works, but it doesn't run the same.. And for my ladies. exercising and taking care of yourself physically is one of the best ways to catch the good men that your looking to have. not in the gym of coarse (but who knows). but when your in your day-to-day life good men do notice a nice body through your business attire (I know I do).. As I analyze people around me. I notice that those in a good physical condition get treated with more general considerations. and usually receive better positions in companies.. not fair, but that's life.. the number one thing your suppose to take care of is your health.. So why are the numbers so low?... What do you think?-
