? who is to blame for the Republican crumble

In this election the Republicans who already belonged to the minority of Congress since 2006, lost more seats. specifically 6 in the Senate. and 19 in the House.. one party controlling congress means everything as far as legislation is concerned. there are roughly 350 million people in the United States, and there are about 350 people who make all of the decisions for everyone else. the majority of those people reside in both the senate and the house, that's why holding a filibuster free majority is very rare and very progressive for one party over another.. The Republicans have lost the congress and now they have lost the white house. the leaders of the their party at the moment are John McCain and Sarah Palin who are right now sorting out who's fault it was. and are more than likely not on speaking terms.. the party is completely in shambles and is searching for a young star like Barack Obama to come and save the day.. Political parties are always better off when they have a single political figure who is very dominant. for the republicans they have had Abraham Lincoln. Theodore Roosevelt. Ronald Reagan.. and for the Democrats they've had Franklin D. Roosevelt. John F. Kennedy. and Bill Clinton.. each president ran their presidency different but they all had one thing in common, they each were easy to follow behind.. a leadership by committee on either side is a strategy for failure. we the american people are like a sports team, we do better when we have one head coach. and we won't settle for a substitute.. we the people know that we can fuck the system up ourselves. we don't need an institution as powerful as the government fucking it up for us.. Voting says so much without saying a word. the people have decided that republicans have ruined this country, and now the party of Abraham Lincoln is going to have to do a lot of soul searching.. their old tricks of negative ads. fear mongering tactics. shrude policies. the rich get richer and the poor get poorer right wing bullshit must change it's ways.. the crumble may actually have more to do with the economy and an unexpected generational change that they didn't anticipate. but either way amendments in their overall ideology are mandatory for future success....... fyi. look out for Bobby Jindal 2012 or 2016 (R) Govenor of Lousiana... what do you think?

? would you kick it with George W. after he leaves office

It's easy to say hell no! but have you ever failed at a job you've had before? George W. has had a horrible 8 years in office, but he has honestly come a long way as a person.. If i was to tell you that an alcoholic who beat his wife would one day be President you wouldn't believe me for one second. but that's Bush's story along with much more.. he's a 4th generation rich kid who liked to party. many who criticize him if they were given the same opportunities may even be in jail at this point, but he became President.. At the end of the day we must put at least half of the blame we project Bush's way back toward ourselves, the American people because we voted for him. maybe not the first time, but if we felt that strong about him not being in office it wouldn't have been close enough to steal. we gave him the legs to allow his ignorance and lack of good judgement to run wild. if any of us had the backing of the American people right now we would accept the position as well. i know i would.. But everything happens for a reason. if Bush weren't as bad at President as he was, then white people wouldn't be ready to vote for a black man. he is literally the worst and best thing to happen to America. he unveiled that curtain that has been between government and citizens throughout the duration of our existence as a nation with his incompetence. we as a people have been blind folded for so long that we finally realize that any one of any race or gender can actually run this country. and without Bush we would still be in the dark.. To answer my own question i would enjoy sitting down with a former president Bush to ask questions and pick his brain, because he had to have learned something over the last 8 years. i recently saw 'W.' the movie by Oliver Stone about George W.. Oliver Stone attended Yale with Bush in the 60's so his perspective is an interesting one that all Americans should see. after watching the movie i have a new view point on Bush as a person, not as a politician.. He is apart of all of us forever cause we created this monster. and we have now officially put him to sleep... what do you think?

The day the world 'Changed'

America has spoken. loud and clear we as a nation have decided to move forward and in the process we have broken down racial barriers.. The phrase 'with liberty and justice for all' feels a lot different today. it's more than just something you say during the Pledge of Allegiance. minorities of all races can finally look their children in the eye and say with conviction 'you can be anything you want to be'. and that feeling alone is true liberty and justice for all.. Barack Obama has transcended the world and captured our imagination in such a way that no person has since Dr. Martin Luther King. his story is just beginning, but he already is one of the top 5 most influential people to ever walk the face of the earth. and he has the potential to become #1 depending on his legacy during his 8 years in office.. and no i didn't mis-type.. i meant 8 years in office.. I personally believe that he will go down in history as the best President to ever take office. and he will be the world's President, not just the United States.. his ability to unite people is nothing like i have ever seen before.. America is a huge melting pot. long gone were the times when you could say suburban and only see white people.. the U.S. constitution was created in 1787 and the preamble begins with this, 'We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union..' that sentence alone characterizes the ideology of this nation, and that is why this is the greatest country in the world.. I had ultimate faith in the American people and they didn't let me down. i have never been more proud to be an American than what i feel right now at this moment, and i'm gonna make sure to do my part along this journey with President Obama.. Today begins a new movement. the 'Obama Generation'. my President is Black.. Damn that feels good to say... what do you think?

? do you recognize the meaning of Nov. 4, 2008

Today we will learn so much about our country. all of the things that have effected us good and bad over the course of 232 years is set to change from this day forward.. We have our first African-American and our first Woman running for the highest office in the land, and it only could happen here in this country.. In our toughest time economically since the great depression. health care growing scarce. the environment changing daily. mainstream terrorism becoming more apparent. public education systems becoming damn near criminal. the next president has the biggest clean-up job ever in the history of the position.. I think the correct ticket is obvious. we as the American people aren't stupid. we followed George W. last go around because of two reasons. (1) we don't replace presidents in the middle of a war. (2) we have full faith in the people we place in office to do the right things for the citizens.. we're not naive either. we know their going to screw us on certain issues, we just hope it's not the major one's. and over the last 4 years of Bush's term in office he fucked us all big time.. So today we can change all of the bullshit that has been going on. we have a choice to keep the same old policies that have us all broke as hell, or we can take this country in a new direction.. I honestly believe that the people of this country will get it right. i have faith in the American people. we are the leader of the rest of the world, and it's time to make history and lead this world into a new generation.. Moments like these come around once in a lifetime, and i'm so privileged to be apart of the experience. this is something we're going to tell our kids. grandkids. and hopefully great-grandchildren about.. So don't lose sight of this moment. either way it goes, it's history baby!... what do you think?

? how do you handle a horrible Boss

So do you kiss his/her ass or do you point out opportunities for them to improve? people assume because their boss gets paid more and has authority over them that gives them right to get away with nonsense during day-to-day activities. it's a very challenging task to work for someone who's job you know you can do better than they can, or working for just a complete ass hole. i find comfort in knowing that most bosses don't have the real control. in fact your boss is under more criticism and pressure than you are, that's why their so stressed and micro-managing your ass.. At this time in my life i happen to actually enjoy working with my boss. and no it's not because he may read this, i really don't give a shit about his personal feeling for me. i'm very good at my job and that's all that matters. but the fact that i enjoy working with him makes it easier for me to get up in the morning and clock in everyday. success comes easier at work because i don't feel like i have to be perfect everyday. we as people are entitled to having 'one of those days', just as long as it's just one of those days and not one of those weeks or months. energy is contagious, and so is laziness.. The best way to handle a horrible boss is to have 3 traits. you must have mental strength. patience. and a great work ethic.. out performing all of your co-workers is the best way to control your bosses what i like to call 'wiggle room'. every company gives people in leadership some wiggle room to adjust the rules and regulations of the company. not violating them, just adjusting them because every situation is different.. Success is the best answer to anything that frustrates or upsets you. it shows strength and focus when your not mentally at your strongest and your still getting the job done, that's professionalism in it's peak form.. So smile and calculate your issues with your boss wisely. only address the big one's, not the meaningless issues. and always remember the best solution for a horrible boss is exceeding the companies expectations for performance... what do you think?
