? do you recognize the meaning of Nov. 4, 2008

Today we will learn so much about our country. all of the things that have effected us good and bad over the course of 232 years is set to change from this day forward.. We have our first African-American and our first Woman running for the highest office in the land, and it only could happen here in this country.. In our toughest time economically since the great depression. health care growing scarce. the environment changing daily. mainstream terrorism becoming more apparent. public education systems becoming damn near criminal. the next president has the biggest clean-up job ever in the history of the position.. I think the correct ticket is obvious. we as the American people aren't stupid. we followed George W. last go around because of two reasons. (1) we don't replace presidents in the middle of a war. (2) we have full faith in the people we place in office to do the right things for the citizens.. we're not naive either. we know their going to screw us on certain issues, we just hope it's not the major one's. and over the last 4 years of Bush's term in office he fucked us all big time.. So today we can change all of the bullshit that has been going on. we have a choice to keep the same old policies that have us all broke as hell, or we can take this country in a new direction.. I honestly believe that the people of this country will get it right. i have faith in the American people. we are the leader of the rest of the world, and it's time to make history and lead this world into a new generation.. Moments like these come around once in a lifetime, and i'm so privileged to be apart of the experience. this is something we're going to tell our kids. grandkids. and hopefully great-grandchildren about.. So don't lose sight of this moment. either way it goes, it's history baby!... what do you think?
