In this election the Republicans who already belonged to the minority of Congress since 2006, lost more seats. specifically 6 in the Senate. and 19 in the House.. one party controlling congress means everything as far as legislation is concerned. there are roughly 350 million people in the United States, and there are about 350 people who make all of the decisions for everyone else. the majority of those people reside in both the senate and the house, that's why holding a filibuster free majority is very rare and very progressive for one party over another.. The Republicans have lost the congress and now they have lost the white house. the leaders of the their party at the moment

are John McCain and Sarah Palin who are right now sorting out who's fault it was. and are more than likely not on speaking terms.. the party is completely in shambles and is searching for a young star like Barack Obama to come and save the day.. Political parties are always better off when they have a single political figure who is very dominant. for the republicans they have had Abraham Lincoln. Theodore Roosevelt. Ronald Reagan.. and for the Democrats they've had Franklin D. Roosevelt. John F. Kennedy. and Bill Clinton.. each president ran their presidency different but they all had one thing in common, they each were easy to follow behind.. a leadership by committee on either side is a strategy for failure. we the american people are like a sports team, we do better when we have one head coach. and we won't settle for a substitute.. we the people know that we can fuck the system up ourselves. we don't need an institution as powerful as the government fucking it up for us.. Voting says so much without saying a word. the people have decided that republicans have ruined this country, and now the party of Abraham Lincoln is going to have to do a lot of soul searching.. their old tricks of negative ads. fear mongering tactics. shrude policies. the rich get richer and the poor get poorer right wing bullshit must change it's ways.. the crumble may actually have more to do with the economy and an unexpected generational change that they didn't anticipate. but either way amendments in their overall ideology are mandatory for future success....... fyi. look out for Bobby Jindal 2012 or 2016 (R) Govenor of Lousiana... what do you think?
