Do you know who you really are? the question sounds a little obvious but you would be surprised how many people don't.. some people are too stubborn to change and lose so much. others change too much and lose themselves.. When it comes to things we want to achieve such as jobs, affiliations, spouses, etc. it's important to understand who you are to know what you would be willing to change cause eventually something is going to give. it definitely depends on who is asking for this change and why though.. Now some personal things that companies or significant others may ask for you to change such as hair, style of fashion, the way you speak (using expletives), or going to the club, I don't think are such a big deal. but asking someone to change their personal religion or beliefs is completely out of line, but you would be surprised how often this takes place as well.. Some change can be positive though such as quiting smoking. having better workout habits. strengthening your relationship

with God. etc.. we're not perfect people so it's important to obtain what we lack individually from others. it's not considered copying them or losing your individuality. your merly adding to the greatness that you already possess. cause if your handling your business, 9 times out of 10 their taking something from you as well and that's what life is all about.. But whatever your not willing to change understand how you'll be perceived, right now. understand that certain organizations and groups won't appreciate particular gestures and principles you have.. I personally have a thing for tattoos. I'm going to get several of them, and some in places that will be noticeably obvious. but that's me. I understand the rules of the game and am willing to take public and at times private grief for them. but i'm going a completely different route than your conventional 'plan A'. my personal decisions have enabled me to understand which road I need to take for my success, and that is one of the most important decisions anyone will make in their life.. So if you don't know who you are, think about it. and if you do know, think some more. You will be asked to change in some shape or form throughout your life. but it's up to you to be proactive with your understanding of yourself so you know how to handle it when that time comes... what do you think?
