Now i think we all know the answer to this question, but there are millions of people who believe that McCain is the better choice so it's worth asking.. As of today Obama is up on McCain by 7%-10% depending on which poll you read. if you add that to the fact that 10% of the country openly admits to the fact that they won't vote for a black man. plus the closet racists who say they will vote for Obama, but won't when they get into that booth. that 7%-10% can quickly look like 21%.. I'm hesitant to trust the polls anyway. there are so many people that they can't account for such as new voters. when talking about new voters you must also add in those who were registered but didn't vote last time. too much time has passed for the

polls to predict what they're going to do.. the last presidential election (2004) 89% of registered voters participated. that leaves 11%.. 11%!.. that shit is huge.. black voters. black people as a race have never been this excited about voting before. and history has shown us that when black people are motivated things get done.. hispanic voters. hispanics are along the same lines as blacks as far as never having a reason, and Obama is leading with hispanics 60%-30%.. and young voters.. you're able to vote at the age of 18, but the policies don't actually effect you for another 10 years. and first time voters are excited to participate this time around because of Obama that's for sure.. With this being the most important election in at least a quarter century; you would figure that the ignorance of racism wouldn't snare it's ugly head because there are more important issues to correct.. It just goes to show that even if Obama is put in office, we still have a very long way to go with race... what do you think?
