What are they? are they any good.. that's good that you have goals to help improve yourself along your journey, but i just have one question. why don't you get started today?! new year's resolutions are some of the laziest tactics for motivation that i have ever seen.. if you know you need to change something. or better yet if you know you don't want to change anything then you shouldn't attempt to fool yourself by starting things that you won't finish.. everyday is a new day. and when you truly appreciate life you appreciate the tuesday's just as much as the holiday's.. Everything from losing weight to quitting drinking or smoking it's all about what you want to do for yourself, and most of

the time we don't change anything unless we absolutely have to.. we're a nation of procrastinators but we can't help ourselves. a democracy is based on free will and although it's the best structure for running a nation, it's also the easiest way to provoke laziness throughout a society.. New year's is a perfect time for a full evaluation of your lifestyle. it's as simple as asking yourself one easy question, 'am i better at this point than what i was last year?' and if you can answer with confidence yes, then get an early start to the new year and begin the change that you wish to see with yourself. the earlier you start, the better you'll finish... what do you think?
